Shipping policy

Fae Letters®

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the United States and internationally.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Letters: Ship within 1–3 business days of your order date
  • All other products: Ship within 3–5 business days after payment is verified and processed

(Excludes weekends and holidays)

When your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the shipping carrier and tracking number.

(Exceptions apply to certain international letter shipments; see below.)

Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We reserve the right to select the carrier that best fits our fulfillment and logistics needs at the time of shipment.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate, including proper abbreviations and formatting. We are not responsible for packages delayed, misrouted, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Providing a valid email address is strongly recommended in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of the item(s), minus the original shipping charge.

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary by destination
  • We ship internationally via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL
  • For international orders:
    • Letter #1 ships without tracking
    • Subsequent letters will include tracking where available
  • Shipping rates vary based on destination and weight and are calculated at checkout
  • All prices on this site are listed in USD; currency conversion is handled by your bank
  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product weight
  • Shipping method
  • Distance from our fulfillment location

Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided via the automated order confirmation email sent to the email address on file. Tracking is not available for certain international Letter #1 shipments.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for:

  • The original shipping charge
  • The cost of returning the package to us

These amounts will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • You must contact the delivery carrier directly to investigate
  • We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
