This Returns Policy describes how faeletters.com (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our") handles returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our letters. If you are not satisfied with your first letter, contact us within 30 days of your order date for a refund of the purchase price (excluding international shipping charges where applicable).

Refunds are not available after the 30-day window has passed or after the second letter has shipped, whichever comes first.

Fae Letters Products

The Half-Light Covenant — Weekly Subscription:

  • You may cancel future billing at any time through your account or by contacting us.
  • Refunds for the most recent payment may be requested within 30 days of that charge, provided no more than one letter from that billing cycle has shipped.
  • Once additional letters have shipped, those letters are non-refundable.

The Half-Light Covenant — Prepaid Full Series (52 Letters):

  • Refundable within 30 days of purchase, minus the value of any letters already shipped and any non-refundable processing fees.
  • After 30 days, the prepaid series is non-refundable.

Digital and Bonus Content: Access to digital story content, audio narration, and the Fae Collector's Club community is included with active subscriptions and is non-refundable as a standalone item once delivered or accessed.

Returns (Physical Merchandise)

For physical, non-letter merchandise (such as accessories or collectibles, if applicable):

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Please contact us before returning any item. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method. Posting times vary by bank and card issuer.

Shipping Fees

U.S. orders ship free, so no shipping refund applies to domestic orders. For international orders, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse an international shipment, you are responsible for:

  • The original shipping charge, and
  • The cost of returning the package to us.

These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • You must contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue.
  • We do not accept responsibility or issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

Note: Certain international Letter #1 shipments ship without tracking. In those cases, we are unable to verify delivery and cannot issue refunds or replacements for non-receipt.

Order Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for letters already shipped or billing cycles already completed.

For one-time orders canceled after the order has shipped: a 15% cancellation fee, plus a $1.50 processing fee, plus shipping and handling costs will apply.

Digital Products

Standalone digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once delivered, digital files remain in your possession and cannot be retrieved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — posting times may vary.
  • Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged in transit. To request a replacement:

  • Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Unused Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds, price adjustments, or retroactive discounts for unused codes. Orders process instantly and pricing is locked upon checkout. This policy ensures fairness for all customers and prevents disruption to automated fulfillment.

Changes

We may update this Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
