What's the current story?

At present, our premiere story is The Half-Light Covenant penned by our in-house team of writers and editors, written for readers and listeners primarily oriented toward male love interests. More stories are in the works, and you will be able to run multiple stories concurrently, but they'll each requires their own subscription.

I'm stuck with the wrong shipping options.

Those national borders sure are sticky. If you reside in the United States or its territories, including DPOs, you want our USPS domestic shipping plans. If you're outside of those locations, you need our international shipping plans.

How do I change my address?

Moved to avoid goblins? We get it. To change your address, simply sign in to your Customer Portal here and change your address. Your next letters will be shipped to this one effective immediately. If you still have problems, please email us at: [email protected]

I think I'm missing a letter. Where'd it go?

More than likely, a goblin ate it in transit. Despite our best efforts to ward them off, they are tenacious creatures. Let us know which number letter you're missing, and then we'll get a replacement out free of charge.

Is there an order to the letters?

Yes, each letter is meant to be read in sequence since they build on one another. If you see that you've received a letter out of sequence, we encourage you not to read it until the next number arrives.

When you say "spicey," what do you mean?

If you enjoyed Sarah J. Maas's A Court of Thorns and Roses, then you will probably love this story. However, keep in mind that while it took a long time to get to spicy parts in that series, Fae Letters gets there sooner (by nature of the medium). We are also *slightly* racier than ACOTAR: body parts and "fun activities" are mentioned, but always in service to the story; this is an adventure, not smut (although future erotica story branches are planned). The Half-Light Covenant gets 🌶️🌶️🌶️ 3 of 5 chilis.
